Weight lifting tips

Weight lifting tips is very important to know for doing your workout without mistakes and getting the most benefit from it and especially reduce the chances of injuries.



The first and the most necessary weight lifting tip is to warm up before starting your workout. Do warm up at least for ten to fifteen minutes before getting started because it is very necessary for cardio vascular vessel to get the blood flowing.

the second weight lifting tip, which is very much important, is to stretch your muscles. It is very important to start with weight that you can handle at least ten repetitions, to build strength. Then when you progress you can add more weight, moving up to heavy weight quickly may tear and damage your muscle.

the proportionality:
Work on all of your major muscles and muscle groups, legs, abdominals, chest, back, shoulders. you must exercise muscles in a balanced way. Don't just workout the top half of you body and forgetting your legs.

 never hold you breath when completing a rep, it can lead to broken blood vessels. you must to breathe freely through out the exercise.

When doing a unilateral exercise,don't forget always to start with your weakest side first then complete only as many repetitions on your stronger side, and never overwork your strong side, albeit you can complete more reps.

You must continue doing the same reps on both sides.
if one side looks more developed then the other, don't worry,  keep doing the same amount of reps on both the two sides. when you gain size and muscle, it should even out and you won't notice any difference between the two sides.
