1.empty your home or your refrigerator from canned foods
because canned food may contain some chemicals that can affect  your diet

2.Cut down on your consumption of alcohol :
Several alcoholic beverages actually contain lots of calories and it can affect your activities and keep you lazy.
 so you should avoid or cut down on alcoholic beverages.

3.don't skip breakfast
most people think that eating less and skipping meals is the right way to lose weight,but this is a big mistake,skipping breakfast make you hungry later,
if you starve yourself your metabolism will slow down and you will eat much later ,however calories that you eat at breakfast time will easily
burnt throughout the day.

4.Don’t go hungry
