Your mind before your body


Many people are searching for quick solution or magic diet and they expect  that by just following it, they will lose weight in one or two months easily and this is a big mistake, If you are one of those, you have to remove this idea out of your head, do you know why?because there is an important factor that must be considered in a diet which is psychological factor, your diet plan should be built on this basis, Before starting any diet, you have to prepare yourself psychologically,to avoid any possible deviations later and increase your chances of success.


Why the psychological factor?


  • One of the reasons of success in a diet is a long-term motivation, your diet must be programmed wisely, you must remove any causes of frustration, one of the techniques that I believe in and I would recommend it in a diet is to put a rest day to eat what you desire, but do not eat much and launche your blind appetite to eat what may hurt your diet, something else, I do not mean the day of rest that you should stay without movement, it is better to stay active in this day and to do some exercices that make you feel good.



  • Another reason can bring you success and ensures that you stay on the right track, do you know what is it, avoiding negative emotions, stress, anger, anxiety, avoid any places may cause you these negative emotions, because once these feelings hold you, your mind will prompt you to eat and gives you the desire of eating even if you are not hungry, boredom and depression may cause you the desire of eating, the best suggestion for not falling into those snares is to enjoy, enjoyment should be part of your diet, you can choose to travel as a plan to achieve this.
