High Protein Diet And How To Be Motivated During It



The only diet that can change your habits easily,is the high protein diet,certainly you have heard about this diet,it’s a very popular diet and suitable for rapid weight loss, for the following reasons :
In a hight protein diet, we will not feel hungry.
In a high protein diet, we eat a lot of protein so we don’t lose muscle.
A high protein diet is difficult to follow in the begining, but quickly it will be very easy.
The most important thing in the high protein diet is to follow the instructions very well, and a little deviation can cost you more days of effort.
Your diet should be composed of poteins and lipids, and you do not need to eat carbohydrates,
So that your body use directly fat as a source of energy.
You do not need to buy protein powder or any thing like that, we just follow a high protein diet with normal food.the important is that your diet does not contains carbohydrate.

Day of rest :



It is normal if you are not motivated during your diet,this technique will help you to avoid any deviation, let me now teach you the this technique.
During a high protein diet ,it is necessary to relax one day a week, you can choose Saturday
As a day of rest, to go with out with freinds and eat anything that make you feel  without restrictions, it is not necessarily Saturday, but the day that give you a tendancy of eating and enjoying , then the rest of the week you stay strict with your diet and commitments.
Your first goal in this high protein diet should be « stay motivated »over the long term.doesn’t matter if  you release one day a week, as long as you stay strict the rest days.After all one day a week over 2 months of effort will not make a difference on the scale, but i twill help you stay motivated ,the more a diet is strict the more it will be hard to follow for a long time.the high protein diet is compelling but it is also very effective.
During your diet, stay strict with your meals, and always be thinking in your rest day and that you will lose weight after  2 month,do not accept any food containing carbohydrates,if you want to eat anything  just note it on notebook and you can eat it in your rest day.

Sport:

 Sport is essential  for a healthy life. but, it is not necessary to practice a sport  in this diet.If you try to add sport every day, it will take more effort, and the main risk is that you give up. Remember that it's all about the long term and You must save your motivation.
At the beginning of your weight loss, I suggest you do not practice any kind of sport you don’t like it. If you want to play sports, wait at least one month after the beginning of your diet. When you have already lost 4kg or 5kg of fat, you'll be more motivated, then you can integrate a sport in your daily habits easily.



To speed up the weight loss, endurance sports (cardio) are the most effective. These sports: running, swimming, etc. Pick one, and gradually begin to incorporate it into your daily routine.
