Now try to imagine with me that you are separated for two people and you are standing away at the door of the room and look at yourself and you are sitting in front of a computer screen.

Well, I see the screen with sharp concentration, and my eyes are moving to the left and to the right,and down to see where the buttons of the keyboard and up again to see the screen.
Each of these movements,requires your eyes to make unusual nervous and muscular effort  in order to help you to see the picture clearly and to send signals in a row to the brain to translates the lights and colors for clear images as you see it, you should not strain your eyes like this.

the question now is:will the eyes been affected by the same way if I read a ordinary book ? The answer, of course is no, and the reason for this is that the book is not provided by an additional parts,that you should move your eyes to see it like the mouse and keyboard, unlike computer ,and the normal book is not provided by additional lighting that may negatively affect the healthy eyes.

 And now we move to another question: How do I know that I am infected by the vision problems syndrome related to the use of computer? If you suffer from some or all of these symptoms, you are suffering from this syndrome:
1- jamming in vision. 
2- duplication of vision. 
3-redness and dryness of the eye. 
4- irritation of the eyes. 
5- headache. 
6- pain in the neck or back.
 But rest assured, there is no definite evidence that this syndrome may cause final damage to the eyes functions,it is just a temporary matter will getting better by the proper treatment and the rationing of the use of computer, but it should be noted that these symptoms may affect your daily mood.

 And now we turn to the last point and is how to reduce the symptoms of this syndrome and some of the precautions that should be taken while using the screens for long times:
1- Reduce the bright lighting that may fall on the screen from a window or from lamp intense brightness, as you can also put a filter special on the screen to protect your eyes.
2- researchers believe that the ideal situation for the computer is slightly below the level of your eyes and away from your eyes a distance of 50 cm or more .
3-You should relieve your eyes every 20 minutes and look a bit out of the window  for 20 seconds at least .
 4-You can also modify and adjust the light of the screen so that you choose the most comfortable situation for your eyes.
5-Finally, if these steps do not reducing the symptoms mentioned above, you should consult an eye doctor,you may need some medicament to reduce redness and irritation and get healthy eyes.
